Farshid Ghyasi is a graduate of International Islamic University of Malaysia with a bachelors degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) and International University of Japan with a masters degree in E-Business Management. Mr. Ghyasi has over 14+ years of experience in Afghanistan’s ICT sector with core expertise in design and implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, E-Government, M-Government, and IT Strategy and Policy Planning. He begun his career working with United Nations Development Program (UNDP) on ICT Projects in Afghanistan and later moved to established NETLINKS.
Mr. Ghyasi established NETLINKS in 2005 and has to date developed and implemented some of the most critical business applications in the country. Mr. Ghyasi is the founding member and President of Afghanistan ICT Companies Association, a founding member of National ICT Alliance of Afghanistan (NICTAA), founding member iHub Afghanistan and National IT Professionals Association of Afghanistan (NITPAA)
