As the Managing Director of Serpent Consulting Services, Jay has overseen the delivery of complex enterprise solutions across more than 170 countries, specializing in the Odoo and ERPNext frameworks.
A respected voice in the open-source community, Jay is a certified Odoo Consultant and the co-author of the Odoo 17 Development Cookbook. His expertise lies in high-stakes ERP migrations, business process redesign, and the integration of AI-driven tools into legacy systems. Beyond his technical leadership, Jay serves as a Visiting Faculty member at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), where he mentors the next generation of industry leaders on technology and entrepreneurship.
