This policy describes how NETLINKS ("we", "us") handles personal data. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to this policy.
Data we collect
- Information you provide. Name, email, company, phone, and any content you send via our contact form or email.
- Automatic collection. IP address, browser type, device, referring URL, and interactions with our site (pages visited, time on page). Collected via standard web logs and privacy-respecting analytics.
- Client engagement data. For active clients, data necessary to deliver the engagement (system access, configuration, data migrations). Handled under the engagement's data processing agreement.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries submitted via the contact form or email.
- To deliver contracted services for active clients.
- To improve our website and understand what content is useful.
- To comply with legal obligations (tax, regulatory, anti-fraud).
We do not sell your personal data, share it with advertising networks, or use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Data sharing
We share data with trusted processors who help us deliver services: cloud infrastructure (Vercel, AWS), CRM (Odoo internal), email (Google Workspace), and analytics. Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement and processes only what's needed.
Retention
Inquiry data: up to 3 years after last contact, unless you request earlier deletion. Client engagement data: retained per the engagement's DPA, typically 3-7 years for audit purposes.

International transfers
NETLINKS operates from the US, UAE, and India. Personal data may be transferred and processed in any of these jurisdictions. Transfers from the EEA/UK are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

Material changes are noted at the top of this page with a last-updated date. For active clients, material changes affecting your contract are communicated directly.
