Cloud that runs without waking you up.

Infrastructure, monitoring, patching, and incident response — 24/7, run by a team that's operated production systems for 20 years. AWS, Azure, GCP, private cloud.

Why most 'managed services' aren't managed.

Most managed-service contracts are ticket queues with SLAs — something breaks, you write a ticket, response time gets tracked instead of outcomes. Works for break-fix and nothing else.

Ours runs on observability from day one — synthetic checks, log aggregation, alerts wired to on-call. Most incidents detected before users notice. Patching, backups, and capacity reviews run on a cadence, not a queue. MTTR is the KPI.

< 15 min
P1 incident acknowledgment

Alert to on-call engagement, 24/7 including holidays.

14 days
High-severity CVE patching

Max time from CVE to deploy. 72 hours for critical.

— Honest fit

When managed services make sense.

Strong fit

  • Production Odoo or custom applications needing 24/7 coverage
  • Teams without a dedicated DevOps or SRE function in-house
  • Regulated workloads requiring documented operations and audit trails
  • Multi-environment setups (dev, staging, production, DR) needing consistency
  • Clients wanting one vendor accountable for both application and infrastructure

Poor fit

  • Very small single-server deployments — managed hosting is usually cheaper
  • Organizations with mature SRE teams already operating the platform
  • Purely on-premise without any cloud or hybrid component
  • Static brochure sites — standard web hosting fits better
— Questions

Managed services — FAQ.

What cloud platforms do you support?
AWS (primary), Azure, Google Cloud, Odoo.sh, and private cloud / on-premise. Multi-cloud and hybrid setups are supported — including active-active and DR across regions.
Can you host Odoo?
Yes. Three options: Odoo.sh (managed by Odoo SA, we operate the application layer), self-hosted on AWS/Azure/GCP (we operate both infrastructure and application), or on-premise for air-gapped or regulated environments. Most clients choose self-hosted on AWS.
What's your approach to security?
Defense in depth: VPC isolation, WAF, least-privilege IAM, encryption at rest and in transit, secrets managed via KMS, MFA on admin access, and quarterly vulnerability scans. SOC 2-aligned operations; evidence available on request.
Do you handle backups and disaster recovery?
Yes. Automated daily backups with configurable retention, point-in-time recovery for databases, cross-region replication for DR, and documented RTO/RPO targets exercised quarterly in DR drills — not theoretical runbooks.
How does on-call work?
24/7/365 on-call rotation covered by US and India teams. PagerDuty or Opsgenie integrated with your stack. P1 acknowledgment within 15 minutes, escalation path documented in the runbook, and incident retrospectives published within 5 business days.
