How does a typical engagement start?
A 30-60 minute scoping call to understand what you're trying to achieve and what constraints matter. If it sounds like a fit, we propose a short structured discovery (often 2-4 weeks) that ends in a detailed plan and firm proposal. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, routinely. We can sign yours or use a standard mutual NDA within a day.
What's the minimum engagement size?
Smaller discrete tasks (e.g., Odoo customization sprints, specific integrations) can be quick scopes; full implementations are sized after a 30-minute scoping call. We don't take engagements we can't deliver with senior staff.
Do you accept equity or deferred compensation?
Case by case. For early-stage startups with strong fundamentals, yes — usually a blended cash/equity model. Requires clear technical and market thesis.
Who owns the IP?
You do, in almost every case. Custom modules, bespoke code, and integrations are delivered with full source and documentation. Exceptions are platform components we maintain across multiple clients, which we license to you.

Odoo implementation: 12-20 weeks for mid-market. Custom software MVP: 12-24 weeks. AI pilot: 8-16 weeks. Transformation programs: 6-18 months. We'll give you a realistic estimate after discovery.
What happens after go-live?
Most clients stay on a support retainer covering bug fixes, enhancements, user support, and annual upgrades. We've supported several clients for 10+ years through multiple major platform evolutions.
