Why do you publish Success Pack prices but not prices for everything else?
Because Success Packs are scoped and productized — a 50-hour Standard pack is the same 50 hours whether you're a retailer or a manufacturer, so we can quote them publicly. Complex engagements (Odoo implementation beyond Success Packs, custom software, AI, staff augmentation, cloud operations, transformation programs) vary enough that a published number would either under-quote the senior architects we actually staff or over-quote simpler work. We'd rather have a 30-minute scoping call and give you an honest range, then a firm budget after structured discovery.
How fast can you give a budget?
After a 30–60 minute scoping call, we can give a ballpark range (often within ±30%) on the spot. For a formal proposal with firm budget we need 1–2 weeks of structured discovery — usually time-boxed to 10–40 hours depending on scope.
Do you do fixed-bid or time-and-materials?
Both, depending on scope clarity. Success Packs and most Odoo implementations are fixed-bid after discovery. Custom software and platform work is usually T&M with sprint-level caps. We never hide budget risk behind change-order chains.
What's included in a typical engagement?
Discovery, design, configuration or build, data migration (where applicable), integrations, testing, training, go-live, and hypercare (usually 4–8 weeks post-go-live). Ongoing support is a separate retainer — we'll scope it after go-live once we understand your real steady-state load.

Do you cap budgets with a not-to-exceed?
Yes, where it makes sense. For T&M engagements we set sprint-level commitments and monthly burn caps, with written change-order protocols. If scope needs to grow, we agree the change before we bill it — not after. That's written into every contract we sign.
