Yes, routinely. We export contacts, companies, deals, activities, custom fields, and attachments, then map them to Odoo CRM. Historical pipeline data is preserved so forecasts and win-rate calculations don't reset on day one. Migration typically takes 2-3 weeks for data, plus 2-4 weeks for user training and parallel run.
Does it handle complex B2B sales with multiple stakeholders?
Yes. Opportunity records can carry multiple contacts with role tags (champion, decision-maker, influencer). You can run multiple quotes per opportunity, approvals by deal size, and custom stages with different win-probability weights. How does forecasting work?

What about lead scoring?

For ML-based scoring we integrate tools like Clearbit or MadKudu, or build custom scoring using your CRM data plus retrieval over public signals.
Can reps use it on mobile?
Yes. The Odoo mobile app covers pipeline view, opportunity editing, quote creation, activity logging, and customer record lookup. Reps can generate and send quotes from a client meeting and get signatures on the phone.
What about call recording and conversation intelligence?
Not native. We integrate Gong, Chorus, or Dialpad for conversation intelligence. For call recording alone, most clients use their phone system's built-in recording synced to the CRM via API.
Does it include marketing automation?
Basic email marketing and automation is native — drip campaigns, segmentation, and triggered sequences. For sophisticated marketing automation (complex nurture, account-based marketing, dynamic content) we integrate HubSpot Marketing or Customer.io while keeping Odoo as the CRM of record.
