Mandana Zenhari is a highly accomplished acquisition and contracts professional with over 30 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) and private sector organizations. A Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) with Level III DAWIA certification, she has held senior leadership and advisory roles within the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Army, and international defense coalitions.
Mandana's career is defined by her expertise in managing high-value, complex contracts. Until her retirement in April 2025, she served as an Acquisition Program Strategist at ManTech, providing execution support for critical satellite and launch vehicle programs. Earlier, as Chief of Contracts for Tkacz Engineering, LLC, she oversaw domestic and international divisions, managing major personnel and payroll system contracts in support of USCENTCOM.
Her extensive international background includes serving as a contracts advisor and mentor for the NATO Training Mission Afghanistan (NTM-A), where she facilitated capacity development for the Ministry of Interior and led large-scale negotiation efforts. She has also managed significant quality assurance and procurement programs at military installations in Japan and Germany.
