How do I get started?
30-minute discovery call with a senior architect. If it's a fit, we move to a paid 2-4 week structured discovery that ends with a written solution-design document and firm fixed-fee proposal. The discovery fee is refundable against the implementation if you proceed.
Do you own integration code or do we?
You own it. Source code is deposited in your Git repository at engagement start. We retain only generic reusable utilities (timeout wrappers, retry helpers) — never anything specific to your business or integration. If you fire us, your integrations keep running and your in-house team or another vendor can pick them up.
Can you integrate Odoo with a legacy on-prem system?
Yes. We've integrated Odoo with mainframe systems (via file-based exports and middleware), legacy MES on the manufacturing floor (Wonderware, Ignition, Rockwell), custom-built ERPs from the 1990s, and proprietary databases without APIs.
