How long does a Zoho implementation take?
CRM-only: 4-6 weeks. Zoho One with 3-5 modules: 8-16 weeks. Zoho One with heavy customization, Creator apps, and migration from a legacy system: 16-24 weeks. Phase 1 can always be shorter if we narrow scope and add modules in later phases.
Is NETLINKS an authorized Zoho partner?
We are actively pursuing Zoho Authorized Partner status as part of our US Zoho practice launch. Partner status takes a few weeks to finalize and is not required to do the work — many of our customers have chosen us specifically for our enterprise delivery discipline regardless of badges. We're transparent about this and will update the site as the designation is confirmed.
What's the difference between Zoho CRM, Zoho One, and Zoho CRM Plus?
Zoho CRM is the standalone CRM product. Zoho CRM Plus bundles CRM with Desk, Campaigns, SalesIQ, Social, Survey, Projects, and Analytics for a unified customer-experience suite. Zoho One is the whole platform — 45+ apps including CRM, Desk, Books, People, Creator, and everything else — for one flat per-user price. Most services companies we work with land on Zoho One because the marginal cost of adding apps is essentially zero.
Can you migrate us from Salesforce or HubSpot?
Yes. We run productized migrations from Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Freshworks, and Zendesk Sell into Zoho CRM or Zoho One. Data is cleaned, deduplicated, and reconciled against source totals before go-live. Historical email and activity logs are migrated where APIs permit. We also migrate from QuickBooks, FreshBooks, and Xero into Zoho Books.
What about custom development — Deluge, Creator, workflow rules?
Deluge scripting, custom functions, workflow rules, approval processes, and Zoho Creator apps are part of a typical engagement. Everything we write is documented and version-controlled so your team or another partner can pick it up later. We avoid over-customizing — standard Zoho configuration goes surprisingly far, and unnecessary custom code is technical debt in Zoho the same as anywhere else.
Who owns the customizations and data?
You do. Every Deluge script, Creator app, integration, and configuration is documented and delivered to you. No proprietary NETLINKS wrappers, no lock-in. If you switch partners, the next team can pick up cleanly.
What happens after go-live?
