Post-go-live we run 4-6 weeks of hypercare: daily check-ins, dedicated senior engineer on call, fast-path fixes for go-live issues. After hypercare, most clients move to a managed-services contract (10-20% of build cost annually) covering 24/7 monitoring, version upgrades, and ongoing development capacity. Some hire the team directly through staff augmentation.

Yes — data migration is a core practice. We've migrated from QuickBooks (Desktop and Online), Sage Intacct, NetSuite, SAP ECC / Business One, Microsoft Dynamics GP / NAV / 365, and Excel-based systems. Each migration includes balance reconciliation, master-data cleansing, and parallel-run options for audit-sensitive workloads.
