Mid-market (50-500 users, single entity): 4-6 months. Multi-entity, multi-country, manufacturing-heavy: 9-15 months. The longest single phase is usually data preparation in the source system — that work happens regardless of who runs the migration.

How do you handle the cutover weekend?

We rehearse the cutover on full data at least once so live execution is mechanical, not exploratory.
